After ordering 30 Day Strength and Power Challenge you will be emailed your username/password to log into the members only portal. Inside you will be able to access the program. You can access the members portal on any device connected to the internet!
How does it work?
30 Day Strength and Power Challenge uses strategic exercises and set/rep combinations to target your elastic muscle fibers. This produces explosive gains in volleyball strength and explosive power.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Do I need equipment?
Yes. You will need access to dumbbells, and a medicine ball.
Is it safe?
Yes. 30 Day Strength and Power Challenge does not use any heavy weight lifting. This program is safe for all ages. Of course you should check with your doctor before doing any physical exercise.
I'm just a beginner volleyball player. Is this workout too advanced for me?
Nope. In fact, you are the exact type of person who will see the biggest gains from this program. You have so much room for improvement you could improve performance very quickly.
What if I need help or have questions in the program?
Just shoot me an email and I will answer any questions you may have.
I'm really busy. Will this program take up my time?
No. I've designed this program for busy people like us so you only need less than an 45 minutes max 4 times per week to get all the results from it.
How long do I have to wait to get access the program?
30 Day Strength and Power Challenge is a digital, online membership site meaning you get instant access to all the materials and videos the second you join, even if its 4am. Since there’s nothing to mail and no physical books etc, we can keep our program really affordable, saving you a ton of money for all this cutting-edge training.
I've never worked out before. Can I still do it?
The Strength and Power Challenge is safe and works for all ages and levels. Exercise videos of each movement are included so there is no prior workout experience needed. Of course you should check with your doctor before doing any physical exercise.
I'm already in pretty good shape. Will this program still help me?
Yes, but not as much as say, a newbie obviously. You’ll still be able to add some strength and explosiveness without much trouble though.
What if I can't workout for 12 weeks in a row? Can I still benefit from this program?
Yes. You don't need to workout for 12 straight weeks. Many of my students will focus on a section at a time. What's important is to learn the movements and perform each exercise with correct technique. If you are feeling overwhelmed with all the training, just focus on a learning a few exercises at a time. Once you master a movement, move on to learning a new movement.
